the in-room tablet provided helpful information about the resort. the nineteen restaurant impressed us with tasty food and great service. breakfast in the fox dining room had a wide variety of continental and cooked options.
the air conditioning unit in our room made an intermittent loud noise, slightly distracting.

the indoor pool at the pavilion was a fantastic facility for the whole family. the fox dining room featured excellent service and well-presented food. the hotel provides milk in a bottle for hot drinks, a thoughtful touch.

A Romantic Getaway
comfortable bedstudy area
The architecture is very excellent.. The renovated room in the courtyard felt cosy, almost like home. The king sized bed upstairs was comfortable, and the downstairs area offered a nice sofa plus a study area.

the grounds are well maintained and clean. the entrance and lobby look beautiful. i found the staff pleasant and attentive to our needs .
the room door needed force to close or open. i found the balcony small with no chairs to sit outside. these small inconveniences detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay.

a mixed experience, to put it mildly
poor ev chargerscold room
the ev chargers were a joke. they look like they haven't been touched since the stone age and good luck parking near them. i could hear a fan humming on top of the kitchen. it was awful, especially since my room was close. and even though they claim my room was refurbished, it was like antarctica. there was a single radiator trying its best and the wooden patio doors didn't help.

The hotel offers many activities. The grounds are beautiful (a treat for nature lovers). The customer service proved good. They put a special birthday message for my husband, which I found lovely.
I noticed an absence of air conditioning in the rooms. This made sleeping uncomfortably hot. The kids did not feel well. It is quite dangerous to have rooms this hot. There are not enough sun loungers by the residents' pool. I counted only nine loungers around the pool.

I found the staff to be fantastic. There are beautiful, spacious room overlooking the resurfaced tennis courts. The food was delicious, I thank Marion in Cafe Flo for an amazing fruit selection.
I visited on November 14th, 2025 for an art exhibition. I left my debit card details at reception with a £25.00 holding fee. Foxhills took £14.60 from my account on Sunday. I was told another guest took water and signed for it. They charged us for it.
